Innotech Training Centre

Innotech 201 provides the student with the basic principles of controllers and their operation.  This course also covers software application of Magellan, the graphical overlay of the BEMS.

After this course, the student will:

• Understand the basic principles of a BEMS controller
• Have an understanding of basic control processes
• Have an understanding of a Magellan project and its operation

This course provides important information in relation to BACnet networks in relation to the topology, programming, and awareness.

Prerequisites:

• Completion of the Focus Professional training courses
• 1101, 1202, and 1103

Focus Pro 1101 is designed to provide the student with the required knowledge and skills to identify and understand the components used in a standard Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, encompassing Innotech hardware and software products. Introductory skills are covered that form the essentials for HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Essential skills are covered that forms the prerequisites in an engineering / service environment, and Innotech communications including Ethernet Information Technology fundamentals.

Duration self-paced, allow 4 ~ 6 hours

 Prerequisites

• Completion of Innotech 1101
• Sound understanding of Innotech products and software
• Sound understanding of the Windows environment
• Sound knowledge of HVAC equipment and principles
