Focus Lite 1011

Focus Lite 1011 has been designed to provide the student with the required knowledge and skills to understand and utilise the Focus Lite software with the Innotech Omni BEMS platform.

Prerequisites:

The participant must have the following minimum requirements to complete this course:

      • Sound computer skills
      • Able to interpret technical documents
      • Have basic controls theory principles
      • A valid Focus installation with a Lite activation

Material Covered:

      • Focus Lite Programming Basics
      • Introduction to iComm Server V2
      • Omni Web Server Fundamentals
      • Focus simulation basics
      • Data sharing between Innotech controllers
      • Working with Omni read-only HLI configs

Duration: Self-paced, allow approximately two (2) full workdays.

Software

        • Focus Programming software with a Lite activation licence

Focus Pro 1101

Focus Pro 1101 is designed to provide the student with the required knowledge and skills to identify and understand the components used in a standard Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, encompassing Innotech hardware and software products. Introductory skills are covered that form the essentials for HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).

    • Fundamentals of Direct Digital Control (DDC) theory
    • Focus Programming Basics
    • Introduction to iComm Server V2
    • Focus simulation basics
    • Magellan basics
      • Overview of program function. Does not cover engineering or implementation.
    • Facility Manager Basics
      • Overview of basic operation and program function. Does not cover engineering or implementation.

Duration: Self-paced, allow approximately two (2) full workdays.

      • An Omni Controller is optional and not required for this training
    • Software
      • Focus Programming software

Focus Pro 1202

Innotech 1202 has been designed to provide the student with the required knowledge and skills in relation to IT encompassing the Innotech Omni products. Essential skills are covered that forms the prerequisites in an engineering / service environment, and Innotech communications including Ethernet Information Technology fundamentals.

Duration self-paced, allow 4 ~ 6 hours

 Prerequisites

    • Completion of Innotech 1101
    • Sound understanding of Innotech products and software
    • Sound understanding of the Windows environment
    • Sound knowledge of HVAC equipment and principles

Focus Pro 1103

Focus Pro 1103 provides the student with a fundamental knowledge of the BACnet protocol and the integration methods using Omni hardware and software in the HVAC BMS environment.

    • Introductory understanding of Innotech products and software
    • Sound understanding of the Windows environment
    • Sound knowledge of HVAC equipment and principles

Duration: Self-Paced, allow 2 workdays to complete

  • Focus Professional
  • iComm Server

Hardware

  • 2 Omni controllers
  • One BACnet MS/TP device
  • Ethernet switch and patch leads
